Do I need to use the app to get alerts?
No. Alerts are sent directly to your email inbox — no app required, no logins, no notifications to manage. The app is there only if you want extra control (custom price ceilings, multiple airports, browsing past deals). Most members never open it.
How often will I receive alerts?
It depends entirely on your departure airport and how the market is moving. Big hubs like JFK, LAX, or LHR get more frequent alerts than smaller airports. On average, members receive an alert they're excited about within 1 to 4 weeks. Quiet days are normal — they mean our AI hasn't found anything anomalous worth flagging.
When will I receive my first alert?
Usually within 48 hours. Sometimes faster, sometimes a few days longer — it depends on what the market is doing. The first few alerts may be modest deals; the truly exceptional ones come when our AI catches a real pricing anomaly.
What if I'm not satisfied?

Can I change my email address?

Absolutely. Reply to your receipt email with your company name, billing address, and VAT number (if applicable), and we'll issue a formal invoice within one business day.
Will emails go to spam? How do I whitelist you?
Sometimes, especially the first one. To make sure you never miss an alert: (1) add support@fly-alerts.com to your contacts, (2) if our email lands in your spam folder or promotions tab, drag it into your Primary inbox, and (3) reply to our welcome email with anything — even just "hello". That single reply is the strongest signal you can send your provider that we're trusted.
What should I do when I get a deal?
Act fast. Each alert includes the route, the price, the dates, and a direct link to book on the airline's official site. We never handle the booking — you book directly with the airline. Anomalous fares can disappear in hours, sometimes minutes, so don't wait until the evening to "think about it".
